To determine your BMI , locate the point on the chart where your height and weight intersect. Read the bold number on the dashed line closest to this point to estimate your BMI. For example, if you weigh 69 kg and are 173 cm tall, you have a BMI of approximately 23, which is in Zone B.

If your BMI is between 25 - 30 you are 'obese'.

If your BMI is between 18.5 - 25, you are 'healthy'. You are a healthy weight for your height
If your BMI is less than 18.5, you are 'underweight'.It’s important to avoid being underweight especially as you get older. Aim to keep within your healthy weight range. Being underweight can affect your ability to fight infection and recover from illness. It can also weaken your muscles – including your heart.
