1. A week of my Recipes
This new book has 23 different recipes that are all part of a weeks menu that I have used my recent plan. They are in no way connected to Weight Watchers and can be used in conjunction with any low fat or healthy eating plan. I worked the meals out so that each day's menus range was from 23 - 29 points leaving me with a couple of points for extras as well as your weekly allowance. This book contains 30 pages and 60 recipes. It incorporates two full weeks menu and the recipes needed to follow the menus.
